Order
Order process
www.sunnahfoods.dk is open for you wherever you are, 24 hours a day. In case of any maintenance, the shop will be closed for a short time. You can therefore only make purchases at www.sunnahfoods.dk when the shop is open and available online.
You put the goods you want to buy in the "basket". You can change the contents of the basket right up to the actual payment, and you can always check the contents and the price of the goods.
Any extra payment for shipping will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
When you have placed all the items you want in your "basket", you can proceed to the payment page, where you must also enter your personal information.
Receipt for order
When you have placed an order with www.sunnahfoods.dk, you will receive an order confirmation for our receipt of your order.
If you regret your purchase immediately after ordering, you can contact us at sunnahfoods@outlook.dk and have your order cancelled. However, this is only possible until the order is forwarded for processing.
In the event that it is not possible to cancel your order, the normal right of withdrawal of 14 days naturally applies.
Prices
All prices on www.sunnahfoods.dk are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT.
Payment
At www.sunnahfoods.dk you have various payment options, such as Mobilepay, Dankort, Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the goods are sent from www.sunnahfoods.dk. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.

The delivery time is 1-4 working days from the time you have completed the order until you can expect to receive the package. Our warehouse ships all orders received before 4pm on the same weekday. However, Saturday & Sunday do not apply as our warehouse is closed these 2 days. When the package has been sent, you will receive an email or SMS with a link to tracking information, so you have the option to follow the package.
Exchange
When exchanging, please return the item and place a new order.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.
You can advertise by contacting us via email at sunnahfoods@outlook.dk, please attach one or more pictures of the damaged item. This will facilitate the further processing of your complaint

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to sunnahfoods@outlook.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
Certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to: products that may be damaged during normal postal transport. We therefore recommend always returning the item insured.
The costs for returning these goods are expected to cost a maximum of: DKK 50.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back for the item. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund the price of the item no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Reservation
Error in the webshop:
Sunnah Foods reserves the right to terminate the purchase agreement without any compensation being claimed for this, if you as a customer have acted in bad faith, in cases where there has been an error in the webshop that you knew about, or reasonably should have realized was a mistake. This includes incorrect price and quantity information.
Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Sunnah Foods and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
The data controller at Sunnahfoods.dk is Sunnah Foods.
You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
