Return and right of withdrawal

14-day right of withdrawal:
When you shop at www.sunnahfoods.dk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal applies from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday. In the event that several different items are ordered in one order but are delivered individually, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify Sunnahfoods.dk within 14 days of receiving your order that you regret the purchase. You can send an email to sunnahfoods@outlook.dk. After you have notified us that you regret the purchase, you must return the item to us as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of your notification.

Shipping and delivery:
You must pay for the delivery of your order, and this is generally not included in the price of the goods.
Orders are sent with DAO unless otherwise agreed in advance.

The delivery time is 1-4 working days from the time you have completed the order until you can expect to receive the package. Our warehouse ships all orders received before 4pm on the same weekday. However, Saturday & Sunday do not apply as our warehouse is closed these 2 days.
When the package has been sent, you will receive an email or SMS with a link to tracking information, so you have the option to follow the package.
